Alpha Centauri

Still no DMV test.. Beginning to drive me crazy -_-. But! In the meantime there are a few other things I am going to be talking about...

First off all, I have looked around and seen quite a few fitness blogs. This topic seems to be well covered, and although it would be easier and less time consuming for me to write about fitness, I find the community is in more need of proper instruction in the art of music. Therefore, this will be on the top of my list of things to do.. but again it will take a while before I even begin the blog, as I want to be ready with a great host of information.

Secondly, I have decided to push the water fast until a later date. I did a bit of research and I don't think I'm quite ready to shock my system just yet lol.. I want to thank everyone who commented and helped me sort things out in my head.

Lastly, Alpha Centauri!!! Woot. Just found this game laying around, and being inspired recently by nostalgia (yes, gamers most certainly are the most nostalgic people ^_^) I have decided to install it and give it another whirl.. I have been a fan of Sid Meier games for as long as I can remember, and I know I won't be disappointed in giving this ol' bad boy another run.

Thank you guys for reading! :)

PS - What is your favorite retro game?? I will try it out!

  6. There was a game I loved when I was a kid called: Cosmos Cosmic Adventure, totally epic. DOS really did it for me, but my dad was always angry we abused his spacebar while playing.

    Wow that is old school.. A few friends have mentioned it but i haven't tried it. It is now on my list. :)

    @Ayrad <it's Ayrad ok? Thanks.
    Yes FUCK that shit, I've had exes freaking out over who they had to drive with.. not like they touched them or anything, but they were real creeps.. wtf right?

    @Johnny Drama
    See above... wtf, right!?

    @meandmythinkingcap
    I really don't know what you mean dude please elaborate :x. I am noob.

    @Zoe!
    A sequel would probably ruin it.. at least at this point. If anything they could do a remake of the game without a focus on graphics. That's all a true game would want..

    @Raw
    Dear god I hope not. I heard from my sistah today and she said that she'll be around to pick me up tomorrow afternoon.. It has been a while and I am sort of pissed but meh.. it's been my own fault for not getting it done years before so i have no room to complain.

    @Andrew
    I lol'd when I saw CCA.. I will try to find it somewhere, maybe on ebay.. but I doubt it will run ony anything past 95. ;)

    @Master Maniacal
    Never played Rampant. I haven't played that Zelda game in AGES.. my sister would love to start it out.. I might watch her play.

    @Niko
    Yes.. Original Zelda games took the cake, easily.

    @Les
    Amen Les... I have played them all. :) Legit, Zelda game changed my life... But Ocarina of Time? I fucking love that shit man.. I "judge" other games based on Ocarina...
